About
I am an interaction designer who design how people engage with complex systems across physical, digital, and service environments. My work focuses on designing interactions that make invisible infrastructures more understandable, navigable, and human-centered. Working across mediums including AI systems, physical computing, and interactive media, I approach design as a process of translation of turning complexity into clarity, and systems into experiences. My projects range from service design in healthcare contexts to experimental interactive installations, often grounded in real-world constraints and user behavior. Through a combination of systems thinking and prototyping, I build experiences that not only function effectively, but also support trust, awareness, and meaningful engagement between people and technology.
