Message from ArtCenter

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the faculty and staff of ArtCenter College of Design, I want to congratulate the graduating class of Fall 2023.  

Many of these students began their journey at ArtCenter during the global pandemic. The awe inspiring manner in which they faced numerous challenges—supporting each other while displaying imagination, fortitude and resilience—is a testament to their character and creative abilities. 

As an ArtCenter graduate, I remember the joy and exhilaration of this moment as well as the mixed emotions that came with stepping out into the world to face an unknown future. Whenever I find myself in a place of uncertainty, I fall back on a lesson I learned as a student: Approach each challenge not as a problem but as a question with multiple pathways to a solution. 

As they take this next step in their lives, I know our graduates have limitless possibilities for where their lives and careers can take them. I know from experience that what they have learned at ArtCenter will inspire and sustain them over time, and the supportive bonds they have forged will continue to grow exponentially along their professional journey.

On behalf of the entire ArtCenter family, I congratulate our graduates for their achievements and for their perseverance. They truly have what it takes to overcome any obstacle, and I couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve accomplished.
