Hello, I am Saúl Everardo Barrera.
Born and raised in LA, I was into graffiti art, painting and photography. Working in a dark room and processing what I saw in life, helped me make sense of the world.
I am an Artist that seeks interaction. I crave new avenues of communication, different people, real experiences and honest conversations. This feeds my soul. I love the immortality of imagery; portraits that tell a story, the unspoken voice of the underrepresented and the celebration of culture. Through light and story, I can highlight and frame the dynamic voices that need to be heard. And as a Chicano Artist, I want my photography to represent a brown identity and let people speak their mind.
