California State Parks

Rebrand of California State Parks to inspire younger and more diverse audiences while honoring the state’s natural heritage. Drawing from California’s diverse landscapes, I created a modern logo, cohesive visual identity, and eco-friendly applications across merchandise, park passes, and event concepts like the “Hike and Seek” festival, emphasizing accessibility, sustainability, and connection with nature.
Learning Outcomes:
Through this project, I strengthened my skills in environmental branding, sustainable design, and multi-platform application. I learned to balance cultural heritage with contemporary appeal, develop adaptable visual systems, and design for both print and experiential contexts, ensuring the brand resonates with younger audiences while maintaining its trusted legacy.
