GameStop has been a household name for video games, consoles and gaming accessories. However, GameStop has been lacking a strategic purpose to maintain its brand status as the leader in the world of video games.
Learning Outcomes:
With the rise of major competitors like Best Buy and Amazon with their easy accessibility, credibility and range of gaming products, it is challenging to stay relevant and competitive as a gaming company. It is imperative to strategically re- position GameStop to be a strong and relevant leader in the world of video games.
