I made this piece in continuation of my anarchitectural project 'Sleep: The Chalice of Ecstasy.' It is an automated materialization of a digital, spatial capture process. In this instance a set of semi plausible instructions were performed by a fused deposition model printer, contouring on open air, causing the model to become non reproduceable. The 3d model was collected from photos of my partner, cloaked in bedsheets, a gesture of indexicality in form, but retaining anonymity.
