New Chinese is a more modern take on Chinese style. This chair retains some of the characteristics of a Chinese chair, such as the wide seat, but forgoes some of the traditional Chinese textures and carvings for a cleaner presentation. In terms of materials, the walnut and wool felt materials are also a combination of tradition and modernity, allowing it to be used in a wider range of settings.
