AIGOT - Hybrid Mall Ecosystem

AIGOT is a platform designed to revitalize dying malls by bringing the advantages of both online and offline shopping experience. It integrates fresh online brands, allows online brands to move offline more easily and provides a single platform for customers to access information about stores, products, events, and more. Our team plays a crucial role in addressing the challenges of integrating both online and offline brands to provide a seamless user experience.
Learning Outcomes:
In IxD3 class, I gained a thorough understanding of the user-centered research process. I conducted research and interviews with various stakeholders and users, including people working in the mall industry. Through this process, I was able to gain valuable insights into different aspects, such as environmental, economics, and social, of malls in the United States, and what people think about them. I gained a deeper understanding of how to transform effective research into design solutions.
