Pumpkin House

Pumpkin House” is a personal visual development project that reimagines Hansel and Gretel.Instead of a villain and misbehaving children, the story explores isolation, quiet empathy, and misunderstood kindness. At its center is a magical walking pumpkin house—both whimsical and melancholic. Through character, environment, and interior design, the project reflects my love for emotional world-building and how I view connection: often hidden, but deeply warm.
Learning Outcomes:
“Pumpkin House” was my first fully developed project and the true start of my journey into visual development.Beginning with a simple story, I taught myself how to design characters, environments, and interiors—learning how each part supports world-building.The process was long and full of trial and error, but it taught me patience, trust in intuition, and how to build a world from the ground up—visually and emotionally.
