About

Design / Research / Strategy

Born from a first love of literature and language, I strive to craft design solutions that communicate clearly, resonate deeply, and connect with audiences in unexpected ways. I've noticed that the same complexities that make stories so impactful are also found in visual communication. Memorable brands communicate something intangible—an emotion woven from words, symbol, color, and imagery that together form a multifaceted and cohesive system.

Because my background bridges literature, political science, and visual arts, I approach design solutions through an interdisciplinary lens, exploring how visual systems shape meaning, reveal patterns, and influence perception. At its most powerful, I think graphic design has the ability to awaken us and transform the mundane into the profound: telling stories of connection, challenging convention, and evoking wonder.

A Boston-to-LA transplant, I got my BA from Boston University before coming to Art Center to pursue my MFA in Graphic Design. Prior to graduate school, I spent five years partnering with small businesses and entrepreneurs to develop brand identities, design marketing campaigns, and create visual systems that helped clients stand out and communicate with impact. As the sole designer at Resilience Lab, a New York-based health-tech startup, I led brand strategy, digital marketing, and UI systems development. Currently, I work between branding, identity systems, publication design, UI design, and data visualization.
